By registering an account and making payment, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions governing your purchase of Universal Airtime PINs from FREEPAID (PTY) LTD.

1. Product Description

Universal Airtime PINs are redeemable for prepaid airtime in South Africa on Vodacom, MTN, Telkom, and Cell C networks via www.allnetairtime.co.za. Once redeemed the Airtime can be converted to data via USSD in the normal way.

2. Ordering and Delivery

• Option 1. PINs can be ordered in bulk and will be delivered to your dashboard for easy download within seconds of purchase.
• Once generated, the safekeeping and onward distribution of the PINs is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Option 2. Secure and personalized SMS delivery service is available at a cost of R0.23 per SMS. Freepaid recommend SMS delivery from us to the recipients' mobile number since it is more secure and quicker.
• Option 3. For developers, API documentation is available on this site. This enables real time ordering and delivery via API.

3. Wallet and Payments

• Orders are processed based on the available positive wallet balance of the account holder.
• Airtime PINs are sold at quoted prices exclusively to our clients who make payment via EFT or cellphone banking.
• If a cash deposit is made into our account, bank charges incurred will be recovered from the Airtime wallet of the purchaser.
• Once delivered, Universal PIN numbers can not be returned for a refund or a credit under any circumstances.
• The mobile Networks reverse bills FREEPAID for USSD redemtion at 20c per session and FREEPAID passes this cost on whenever a voucher purchased by you is successfully redeemed.
• Billing for USSD costs is once per day, billed for the previous day. FREEPAID absorbs the USSD costs on vouchers exceeding R9.99 in value.

4. Deposit Conditions

• No two deposits of identical value may be made within any seven day period.
• The minimum deposit amount is R150.
• The correct mobile number associated with your account must be used as the reference when making payment. Errors in this reference may result in your payment being allocated to a suspense account and will require manual intervention and may incur administration costs.

5. Intellectual Property and Use of Information

• All marketing material, operational commands, technical know-how, and system architecture displayed or referenced on the website form part of the proprietary system of FREEPAID and may be updated at any time by FREEPAID or the network providers.
• The airtime delivery platform is proprietary software, and all related intellectual property is protected.

6. Privacy and Communication

• FREEPAID respects your privacy. Your personal details will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
• FREEPAID will not contact the airtime recipient for any marketing or other purposes.
• By registering, you consent to receive email communication from us regarding airtime services and platform updates.

7. Liability and Refunds

• Once a PIN delivery has been requested and delivered, Freepaid accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising thereafter.
• All payments made into our account are non-refundable and may only be redeemed for airtime purchases using this method.
• It is the clients responsibility to keep login credentials secure at all times.
